Best performance and high comfort with the Secabo LITE series - With this new development of the successful Secabo TC7 toggle press, Secabo is launching a lucrative modular system that opens up a host of new possibilities for users. A plus in flexibility due to easily exchangeable components, in short a basic product with great upgrade options. The new LITE models thus have the advantage of being able to upgrade individual base plates or heating plates as needed in a cost-saving manner and to easily exchange components. Secabo's TC7 LITE transfer press is a modular automatic opening toggle press. The user does not have to wait next to the press during transfers, but can pursue other activities. After the set time has elapsed, the press opens automatically and announces this three seconds in advance with an acoustic signal. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time at the push of a button - for example to prepress textiles. Temperature and pressing time are conveniently preselected via a digital controller. The pressing pressure is set via a large handwheel on the top of the heating plate. The TC7 LITE heat press, with a work surface of 40cm x 50cm, has an additional cover plate on the heating plate to protect the user from burns. The construction of the TC7 LITE is fully modular, control unit, heating plate, base plate and base frame can be disassembled and exchanged in a few simple steps. This also allows the use of other heating plates, for example. The LITE transfer presses offer everything that makes textile transfers with Secabo so convenient. All professional applications of the common hot transfer processes such as flock foils, flex foils, sublimation, InkJet-Flex, etc. are of course possible. The Secabo TC7 LITE can be optionally equipped with interchangeable plates in various formats - including a membrane base plate, a quick-change system as well as a slide extension for use as a double plate press. Furthermore, with the TC7 LITE you also have the possibility to upgrade to our Secabo TC-SMART series.
Intelligent display functions and simple control concept
Our LITE models are equipped with electronics developed based on Secabo's extensive industry know-how. The digital controller for temperature and time allows you to make the desired settings easily and quickly. And of course you can switch between C° and F°. The control concept has been deliberately kept simple to enable the user to handle the press even more effectively.
State-of-the-art press design and mechanics
The LITE generation of the well-known models TC5 and TC7 convinces with a very intelligent design and construction. When selecting the processed components, attention was paid to high-quality materials and surfaces. Both LITE presses have a modular design and can be optionally equipped quickly and easily with interchangeable platens in various formats, with a quick-change system and a slide extension. The hot platen has been fitted with an additional guard plate. The compact dimensions and modular design allow disassembly into lightweight packages for transport and shipping.
A basic product with great upgrade options
With the Secabo LITE version, you have numerous options to create your own ideal work tool. Due to the modular design, our LITE models can also be converted to the SMART model. In addition, you can also upgrade with the passive membrane bottom plate. The membrane can be easily inflated via a small blower ball. This allows you to determine the maximum compensation height of the membrane for a transfer. The contact pressure is set as usual on the transfer press, for example via a handwheel on the heating plate. Another great option is also the Secabo TB7 Thermobase, the heatable lower plate enables overall lower transfer temperatures, shorter transfer times and reduces marks on the textiles. White toner transfers and sublimation transfers also succeed much more reliably with a base plate with fixed defined heat. The possibilities are therefore diverse and easy to implement individually according to your needs with the LITE version.
