The Evolution3 FreeHand has been designed for very high precision applications and with the unrivaled cutting quality specific to the Evolution3 range, but in a more adaptable format. It is ideal for workshops where the same cutting bar is used on several workbenches. The Evolution3 FreeHand gives you all the benefits of QuikSwap cutting tools, cutting band precision and anti-bend design in a portable cutting machine.

Guaranteed precision
The Evolution3 is the most precise cutting machine in its class on the market and ensures a cutting tolerance of 0.2 mm (0.008″) to a straight line across the entire length of the cut. With its optimal precision and perfect alignment functions, made possible thanks to the cutting strip, the junction of each butt joint panel is perfect. This optimal precision will save you time and money, helping you avoid losses and errors.

Perfect stability
The self-adjusting roller system mounted on the QuikSwap tool heads ensures powerful, smooth movement from one end of the cutter bar to the other, without any lateral movement to ensure a perfectly straight cut. This system, combined with the rigid blade clamping device, guarantees perfect control of the blade and extreme precision, which reduces losses and errors. On the FreeHand model, the underside of the cutter bar has two silicone strips that grip the surface of the material and prevent it from slipping.

Double Graphik QuikSwap tool head
The Double Graphik Evolution3 tool head is supplied as standard and has two individual blade holders for two-way cutting. The blades are stronger and more stable than standard blades, making the Double Graphik the ideal tool for vinyl, banners, cardboard, PVC foam board up to 13 mm (1/2″) d thickness, foam core cardboard, corrugated plastic, paper, umbrella and unroll materials.

Optional Evolution3 tool heads
QuikSwap Evolution3 tool heads provide users with exceptional versatility. Each tool is designed for a specific use and can be mounted and removed from the cutting machine in seconds

The Evolution3 textile tool head is ideal for cutting textiles, paper, film, vinyl, banners and delicate materials. With BenchTop and FreeHand Evolution3 models, the textile tool head must be used with a cutting mat.
The Evolution3 Rocker tool head is a general purpose tool for cutting materials such as banners, cardboard and foam boards up to 10mm (3/8″) thick. A Tech-D.012 blade can be used for occasional cutting of aluminum composite panels, such as Dibond or Alupanel.

The Evolution3 creasing tool head scores creases in both directions and is ideal for thick paper, card stock, cardboard and chipboard.
